Otselic River Fishing Regulations

Below are in addition to all standard Fishing Regulations:

Otselic River from mouth to Whitney Point Reservoir Dam, Fishing prohibited March 16 until the opening of walleye season in May.

Whitney Point Reservoir and Upper Otselic River upstream to Cortland County Route 169 bridge at Landers Corners, You may fish for Walleye, the 1st Sat. in May-March 15,there is a 18" minimum, 3 per day.  You may also fish for Crappie, all year, 9" minimum, 25 per day.
